December 2011 - The Surprise City Council has approved the final plat for Coulter Nissan’s two-story, 46,700 square foot sales and service facility.

This is the latest dealership to locate in the Prasada Auto Mall, at Waddell Road and Loop 303. Other dealerships include Sands Chevrolet and Sanda Kia.
 
The project will create 170 full and part-time jobs when it opens by fall 2012 and provide additional sales tax revenue for the city.
