City offers Neighborhood Stabilization Program Realtor Training

Surprise, AZ (August 22, 2012) Realtors wishing to work with participating homebuyers in the City’s Homebuyer’s Assistance Program are invited to attend a September 5th training workshop.
 
This program, funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Neighborhood Stabilization Program, provides funding to income-qualified first-time home buyers.

Realtors wishing to assist homebuyers through the program must attend this training session, where the topics will include:

                      *Homebuyer Counseling     *Homebuyer Education
