Surprise welcomes back the Rangers and Royals

Surprise, AZ (January 20, 2010) Come join Mayor Lyn Truitt; the Surprise City Council and staff as we welcome back the Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers for the 8^th Season of Spring Training Baseball at the Surprise Recreation Campus on February 26 at the Mayor's Welcome Back Lunch.

Team management and Manager's Ron Washington of the Texas Rangers and Trey Hillman of the Kansas City Royals are scheduled to address the attendees and discuss the upcoming 2010 season. 

The lunch event, at Surprise Stadium, begins at 11:30 a.m.

Tickets to this event are $30 for an individual and $210 for a business/corporate table of eight. 

Tickets are available for purchase at the Surprise Community and Recreation Services Office, 15960 N. Bullard Avenue until February 24.
