Woodstock Flashback Dance for Boomers set in Surprise

SURPRISE, AZ (October 28, 2009) Boomers in Surprise can get their groove on at the Woodstock Flashback Dance on November 14.

This exclusive event for the 50+ age group is set for 7:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. at the Sierra Montana Recreation Center, 14861 N. Spring Lane.  

Presented by the Surprise Community and Recreation Services Department, the dance will feature the music heard at the famous 1969 event, plus prizes for the Best Hippy outfit and a Famous Guitar Riffs Trivia Contest.  

Tickets are $8 per person and are available at the Surprise Senior Center, 15832 N. Hollyhock Street, or at the Community & Recreation Services Offices, 15960 N. Bullard Avenue.  Tickets will also be available at the door until sell out.
